Tribute to our former president and friend,
                                                     the artist  Bev Napier.

	Bev became president of our art society in 1998, continuing in this role for twelve years to the end of her life.  The group had started in 1993 with seven local residents meeting informally each week to paint.  Growth of our group to over seventy members is very largely a tribute to Bev's organizing ability, contacts in the wider world and her concern for our needs as individuals.      The paintings below were for sale on Bev's page of this website at the time of her passing.  We would like to keep these images on display with permission of her family as we can't imagine this site without something of Bev's presence.
