I was born in Prussia in 1940, to very creative
parents who encouraged in their daughter a passion to paint and draw.
Later, I was fortunate to study art for three years at the Goldsmith
College, Pforzheim in the Black Forrest, before migrating to Australia
and Cobram with my husband in nineteen sixty-one.
In retirement there is time to be a full time artist and student-of-art,
with participation in workshops conducted by such well known Australian
artists as John Thomas, Ross Paterson, Robert Wade OAM, Eve Hayles, Jenny
Newhound, Charles Sluga, Malcolm Beatie, Amanda Hyatt, Richard Grenville-Smith
and Kevin Boucher.
